Some patients you never forget. 💙
Five years ago, Anna came to our Freehold office after months of severe back pain. This is where our director at Freehold, Chris Jones, stepped in. He watched how she moved, took the complicated case seriously, and worked through it with her.
Half a decade later, she stopped by to say thank you — and shared this in her own words:
"Five years ago, I was fortunate enough to meet this guy just at the point where I was about to give up. It had been six months of severe back pain, I could barely walk. Numerous visits to doctors who didn't listen, who only looked at my films and misdiagnosed me. I got the cookie cutter advice to get an epidural, which I politely declined. I was told it was sciatica which I knew it was not. But this guy who was recommended by a friend, listen to me, observed how I was moving. He knew it was a complicated issue which we figured out together. He never gave up on me and I could not thank him enough or recommend him enough.
