The numbers tell an important story.

Men account for nearly 80% of su***de deaths in the United States, highlighting the importance of early support, open conversations, and access to mental health care.

If someone in your life seems withdrawn, overwhelmed, or unlike themselves, checking in could make a meaningful difference.

A simple conversation can be powerful.

Let's continue creating spaces where men feel comfortable asking for help.

You don't have to have all the answers.

Men are often taught to push through stress, anxiety, and emotional pain without asking for help. But mental health matters just as much as physical health.

Taking care of yourself can look like:
✔ Talking with a therapist
✔ Reaching out to a trusted friend
✔ Setting healthy boundaries
✔ Prioritizing rest and self-care

Every step counts.

📊 Did you know?

According to national mental health research, LGBTQ+ adults are more than twice as likely to experience a mental health condition compared to their heterosexual peers.

This disparity isn't caused by identity—it's often linked to stigma, discrimination, and barriers to support.

Everyone deserves access to care that is inclusive, respectful, and affirming.

This Pride Month, let's continue working toward a world where seeking help feels safe for everyone.

🌈 If you or someone you love is struggling, know that support is available.

June is Men's Mental Health Month 💙

Did you know that nearly 1 in 10 men experience depression or anxiety, but less than half seek treatment?

Many men feel pressure to "stay strong" and handle challenges on their own. The truth is that reaching out for support is a sign of strength—not weakness.

This month, let's encourage honest conversations, reduce stigma, and remind the men in our lives that they don't have to carry everything alone.

If you're struggling, support is available. Visit https://www.arcproviders.com/ to learn more about mental health resources.

1 in 5 adults experience a mental health condition each year — yet so many people still feel like they have to struggle in silence.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, ARC Psychiatry wants to remind our community that mental health challenges are common, valid, and deserving of support. Seeking help is not a weakness, and you do not have to wait until things feel “bad enough” to prioritize your wellbeing.

Mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. For some, healing may involve therapy, medication management, TMS treatment, lifestyle changes, or simply having a safe space to feel heard and understood.

No matter where you are in your journey, you deserve support that meets you where you are. 💙

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country.

At ARC Psychiatry, we recognize that this day can hold many emotions — gratitude, pride, grief, remembrance, and reflection. We are deeply thankful for those who gave their lives in service and for the families who carry their memories forward each day.

As we spend time with loved ones this weekend, may we also take a moment to reflect on the courage, sacrifice, and legacy of our fallen heroes. ❤️🤍💙

Wishing everyone a safe and meaningful Memorial Day.

Mental health doesn’t always “look” like a crisis.

Sometimes it looks like:
• Constant exhaustion
• Irritability
• Feeling disconnected
• Overthinking everything
• Struggling to enjoy things you used to love
• Functioning on the outside while feeling overwhelmed inside

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we want to remind you that you do not have to wait until things become unbearable to ask for support.

Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health, and reaching out is a sign of strength, not weakness.

If you’ve been thinking about getting support, this is your reminder that you deserve it. 💙
