Meet Brittani

Brittani has been a valued part of the Hometown Medical Clinic team since February 2026, serving as a friendly and welcoming member of our front desk team. She enjoys helping patients and being part of a team that makes a difference in the lives of those we serve.

Outside of work, Brittani’s greatest joy is spending time with her four children. With all four involved in multiple sports, life stays busy, but she wouldn’t have it any other way! When she finds a little free time for herself, she enjoys playing softball and crafting.

Brittani is grateful for her family, her Hometown Medical Clinic work family, and all the opportunities that keep her busy doing what she loves!

Meet Teresa Mitchell, a lifelong resident of Sneedville who truly loves her community and its people. Teresa is married to Randy Mitchell and is the proud mom of two children, Kayla Johnson and Morgan Mitchell.

She is also a proud grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren: Madelynn, Alaina, Emberly, and Waylon. ❤️

Teresa’s love for Sneedville and the people who call it home is at the heart of everything she does. We’re so thankful to have her as part of our team and as a familiar, caring voice behind the referrals that help connect our patients with the care they need.

Kyra is our phlebotomist in Bean Station.

Kyra has been dedicated to the healthcare field for the past four years and is a certified phlebotomist. A lifelong resident of Grainger County, she was raised on a cattle farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and deep appreciation for family and community.
Outside of work, Kyra is a devoted mom to her baby girl, who is her greatest joy. She enjoys swimming, soaking up the sun, and spending quality time with her family.

Meet Alesha

Alesha has been working as a Medical Assistant since 2022 and joined the Hometown Medical team in February. She is a hardworking, goal-driven young woman who is building a life she can be proud of—growing through every season and pursuing her passion for healthcare.

Alesha loves caring for others and takes pride in making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and cared for. She is passionate about helping people maintain their everyday health and being someone her patients can count on.

Outside of her scrubs, Alesha is a proud dog mom, cat mom, and fiancé who is currently planning her September 2027 wedding! 💍 When she’s not at work, you can usually find her spending weekends with friends or taking a day trip to Sevierville.

We’re so happy to have Alesha as part of the Hometown Medical family! ❤️

Alison has been proud to work in healthcare since 2017 and have had the privilege of serving as a Medical Assistant since May 2025. She is passionate about providing quality care and making every patient feel valued, cared for, and comfortable throughout their healthcare experience.

Originally from Hawkins County, she now calls Hancock County home. Outside of work, Alison enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and making memories with my four beloved fur babies. Alison is truly grateful for the opportunity to continue growing both personally and professionally and to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Lacey is a committed medical assistant and a valued member of our healthcare team at Hometown Medical Clinic. She brings compassion, dedication, and a genuine love for her patients to everything she does. Lacey is committed to providing excellent care and takes pride in making a positive difference in the lives of those she serves.

Outside of work, Lacey enjoys spending time with her three children. You can often find her at the ballfield, cheering them on and making the most of those special family moments. Her dedication to both her patients and her family is a true reflection of the caring and compassionate person she is.

We are truly thankful to have Lacey as part of our team and appreciate the kindness, commitment, and heart she brings to Hometown Medical Clinic each day.

Amy is the friendly face of our Sneedville office and one of the first people you’ll see when you walk through our doors. Born and raised in Clinch, she has called Hancock County home since 2001 and is proud to serve the community she knows and loves.

With a background in healthcare, including time spent working in the Emergency Room, Amy brings both experience and compassion to her role at the front desk. She enjoys getting to know our patients and strives to make everyone feel welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

As the face of the office, Amy will always do her best to make your visit a good one—whether she’s greeting you with a smile, answering questions, helping with scheduling, or simply making sure you feel at home.

For Amy, patients aren’t just names on a schedule—they’re friends, neighbors, and members of the community she’s proud to be a part of. ❤️

Leesha is our Chronic Care Coordinator and truly the brains behind our clinic’s day-to-day operations. She keeps everything running smoothly, stays on top of the details, and makes sure our patients and team feel taken care of. ❤️

Beyond all she does behind the scenes, Leesha is the friendly voice and familiar face that so many of our patients have come to know and love. Her kindness, dedication, and genuine care are a huge part of what makes our clinic special.

Outside of the clinic, Leesha is a devoted wife and mom to two young sons. She loves spending quality time with her family, especially making memories together at the lake. When she’s not helping keep our clinic running like a well-oiled machine, you can likely find her enjoying the people she loves most.
