We did remind Corky that it’s statistically proven the more birthdays you have, the longer you live 😀❤️🎂

Our longtime gym member and patient - but more importantly our good friend - Charla Brown Albritton stopped in to say goodbye before moving closer to kids and grandkids in Tennessee

Charla is one of a kind and we will miss her! We will also miss finding her keys, phone, cup, and gym bag for her 😉😂

Wear that Chiefs hat often and think of Ryan’s favorite team (which is whoever the Chiefs are playing) and know we are all here cheering for you and your new adventures!
