Our online community has grown quite a bit so we want to formally introduce ourselves as organization! Our Mother’s Appreciation Community Walk in collaboration with Lowcountry Mindful Motion was lovely! 💐 2 miles of nature, smiles, laughter and connection. We even passed by mother birds nesting at Cypress Wetlands 🪺. The love and joy was spread beyond our waking group by Shyla who went out of her way to gift women along our trail with Positive Flower Bunches 🥰 This is what community health and support looks like in action!

We're joining Lowcountry Mindful Motion on a walk next Sunday to celebrate and hold space for ALL walks of motherhood. 💐💐

Come join us for a relaxing walk that starts at the scenic Cypress Wetlands, leads to Sands Beach and loops back around!

This walk is for every woman who has ever mothered; in birth, in loss, in love... and for the children and people who love them. This includes the mother figures, the aunties, grandmothers, mentors, and women who show up with love and help raise and guide others every day.💕🧡
