🍼A special day for Beaumont moms and moms-to-be!

Legacy Community Health was proud to host our first Baby Shower in Beaumont, bringing together families, resources, and support for expecting and new mothers in the community.

The event was designed to increase awareness of Legacy's Becoming a Mom program and the many services available to help mothers and their babies thrive before, during, and after pregnancy.

Attendees had the opportunity to learn about maternal health resources, connect with support programs, and celebrate this exciting stage of life alongside other growing families.

We're thrilled with the success of this event and look forward to continuing to support Beaumont families through future baby showers and maternal health initiatives.

💙 Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event so memorable. We can't wait to continue growing this tradition and connecting more families with the care, education, and support they deserve.

💙 Healthy communities start with health literacy.

Did you know that understanding health information is an important part of achieving better health outcomes?

October is Health Literacy Month, an opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of helping individuals access, understand, and use health information to make informed healthcare decisions. When patients understand their health information, they can feel more confident asking questions and making decisions about their care.

At Legacy Community Health, we strive to ensure patients have the tools, resources, and support they need to understand their care, navigate the healthcare system, and make decisions with confidence.

Together, we can build healthier communities through better understanding.

📖💙 A healthier future begins with what we learn today.

During National Health Education Week, we recognize how health education can help you make healthier choices and informed decisions about your health and well-being.

At Legacy Community Health, we believe healthcare goes beyond treatment. We work to ensure our patients have the knowledge and resources they need to prevent illness, manage chronic conditions, and make informed decisions for themselves and their families.

Together, we can build healthier futures through education, prevention, and access to care.

🚗 Helping keep Beaumont children safe, one car seat at a time.

In recognition of National Child Passenger Safety Week, Legacy Community Health was proud to partner with local child passenger safety advocates for a recent Car Seat Safety Event in Beaumont, where families received free car seat inspections, safety education, and access to new car seats.

During the event, we:

✅ Provided 18 new car seats to children
✅ Inspected 13 car seats
✅ Shared hands-on car seat safety education with families

Child passenger safety is one of the most important steps parents and caregivers can take to protect children on the road. Using the right car seat and ensuring it is installed correctly can help reduce the risk of serious injury and keep children safer during every trip.

One of the most meaningful parts of the day was helping parents learn how to properly install and use their children's car seats. Many families asked questions and were eager to learn how to make every ride safer for their children.

Thank you to everyone who participated and to our community partners who helped make this event a success.

Together, we're helping keep Beaumont families safe on the road.
