Southeast Texas Phlebotomy Institute, Inc. became a 501(c)(3) organization in 2008. The school specializes in education, training, and certifying students with the skilled technique of Phlebotomy and Newly added Contact Tracing in Houston and Beaumont, Texas. SETX Phlebotomy Institute plans to concentrate more heavily on combining Phlebotomy with Contact Tracing along with research/clinical trial

studies and Ambulatory care. Our experience has shown that there is a great demand for professionally well trained Phlebotomist and Contact Tracing Technicians which will create the opportunity for employment and career growth. SETX Phlebotomy Institute was founded on November 29, 2006 by Pamela Davis-Jolivet and began business as of January 2007.
