Terri Schilberg, Reiki Master Welcome to my Reiki page! I look forward to introducing you to Reiki and all its benefits. It is done by using a gentle "hands on/hands off" approach.

During a session, we will custom design a healing energy program to gently balance areas in your body that are causing you to feel anxious, fearful, overwhelmed, or any areas of physical discomfort. I am guided by God, and my team of Angels, and your souls energy to work on areas in your body that need the most attention. You can feel anything from a gentle warmth on your skin, to a deep warmth inside the muscles. Other possible sensations could be tingling, or a very low vibration running throughout your body. Some clients say they do not feel anything, but feel a shift days later. Each client is different. I promise that none of these sensations will make you cry! After each session, you should feel a sense of peace and relaxation, even those areas of physical pain might begin to feel less noticeable. Our creator gives us the ability to heal ourselves. Reiki helps us tap directly into that Life Energy for ourselves. Reiki practitioners do NOT diagnose conditions nor do they prescribe or perform medical treatment, prescribe substances, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. Reiki does NOT take the place of medical treatment. It is recommended that you see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have. Each session is confidential and no information is shared with a third party.

"Pilot trails (on breast and prostate cancer patients) suggest that Reiki may reduce fatigue and improve quality of life. 16-19"

The below study compared massage, a tactile relief, and Reiki, a non-tactile option, for patients who were unable to tolerate physical touch.

Four or more Reiki sessions have "...shown to enhance quality of life and fatigue outcomes; however, shorter regimens, (or sessions), have also shown benefits.19"

Many of my clients recently have been wanting reiki sessions before and after their surgery.

Reiki helps the body begin the healing process before the surgeon touches the skin.

After surgery, Reiki uses your bodies own energy to expedite the healing process.

I've even tried it on myself with my two foot surgeries. My doctor was completely AMAZED!!! He asked me what I had been doing for it to look so good and how I was wearing a shoe. I told him "I Reiki'd the heck out of my feet." He hadn't heard of Reiki before and was interested in learning. He was impressed.

All week, my angels have presented me with the number 222.

From car license plates, time AM/PM, receipts numbers and totals, being the 222 person to "like" a post or page, etc...

I FINALLY got around to looking up the meaning. It brought peace to me, since I was praying for a few important things this week.

There are roughly 5 stages in any grieving process: grief, denial, anger, bargaining/disbelief, depression, and acceptance.

The grieving process is different for each individual. You can be happy one day, tearful the next, and angry the following day.

Guess what? It's ALL NORMAL!!!

Don't let anyone tell you what your grief should look like or how long it should take, while your trying to heal.

Ask your loved ones to just be present for YOU. It's okay to do that. God will help you find your way back, but if you get lost , it's okay to ask for help.
