Ability Hospice reminds everyone—especially seniors and caregivers—to take extra precautions during this extreme heat.

💧 Drink plenty of fluids throughout the day.
🏠 Stay indoors when possible, especially during the hottest part of the afternoon.
👕 Wear lightweight, loose-fitting clothing.
🚗 Never leave children, older adults, or pets inside a parked vehicle.
❤️ Check on elderly family members, friends, and neighbors.

If you don’t have to get out, stay home, stay cool, and stay safe!
