She's been caring for our patients as a Nurse Practitioner while quietly doing something huge on the side: earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. Late nights, clinical hours, papers, and a full patient schedule at the same time. She never let any of it show, and her patients never felt a thing but great care.

If you're organized to the point that it annoys people, good with confidentiality, and comfortable being the person everyone comes to when they need a document found fast, you'll fit right in. You'll keep patient records accurate and secure, handle requests from patients and providers, and help our clinical team stay one step ahead.

What we're looking for:
✔️ Medical records, front office, or E-ClinicalWorks EMR experience preferred
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organization
✔️ Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality

This is a leadership seat, not just another shift. You'll run daily lab operations, keep us CLIA-tight, mentor the techs coming up behind you, and make sure every result that leaves this lab is one you'd stand behind.

What we're looking for:
✔️ MLT (ASCP) or MLT (AMT) — certified or certification-eligible
✔️ Associate degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent lab experience
✔️ 5+ years as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
✔️ Strong CLIA, QC, and LIS knowledge
✔️ Supervisory experience preferred

Today, we pause to honor the precious lives lost at Camp Mystic and keep their families, friends, and everyone forever impacted in our thoughts and prayers.

May we never forget the joy these young girls brought into the world, the love they shared, and the lasting impact they made on so many hearts. Their memory continues to remind us to cherish every moment, love deeply, and hold one another a little closer.
