We provide Adult Primary Care, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology & Maternity, and Behavioral Health Services. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, and most private insurance plans. 📚 Backpacks, books, health screenings, and community connection.

Legacy Community Health was proud to be part of the Beaumont South End Summer Social at Charlton-Pollard Park, helping students and families get ready for a successful school year.

Throughout the event, our pharmacy and development teams connected with more than 150 community members, providing:

🩺 58 blood pressure screenings
🩸 52 blood glucose screenings
📖 Free books and educational resources
🎒 School-year essentials, giveaways, and community support

Some of the most meaningful moments came through simple conversations. Whether helping someone learn about local healthcare resources for the first time or talking through an unexpected blood pressure reading, our teams were able to connect families with information and support that can make a difference long after the event ends.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, picked up a book, or took a few minutes to check in on their health.

As National Health Center Week comes to a close, we're celebrating the people who make it all possible. 💙

For nearly 50 years, Legacy Community Health has grown from a single clinic into one of the nation's largest community health centers, serving more than 200,000 patients each year.

This week, Team Legacy came together across multiple retreats and gatherings to reconnect, celebrate achievements, and look ahead to the future. From School-Based Health Care teams preparing for a new school year to clinicians, medical assistants, front desk staff, and support teams gathering across our region, these moments reminded us that our greatest strength has always been our people.

Every appointment, every classroom visit, every patient interaction, and every life changed starts with a team committed to serving our communities with compassion and purpose.
