Meet Leoni Velasquez 🤍✨🧘🏻‍♀️

For Leoni, BPY is about so much more than the workout.

She walks in ready to stretch, move, and give her body what it needs. She leaves feeling lighter, energized, rejuvenated, and grateful.

And her advice to anyone nervous about walking through our doors for the first time?

“We all try things for the first time. Just pull the door open and come in.”

Because somewhere along the way, the studio starts to feel a little less like a place you go to exercise and a little more like home.

Leoni came for the yoga, but stayed for the peace, the energy, the connection, and the people. She especially appreciates the moments spent talking, practicing, and sharing space with Nicole at her 8:30 AM Power Flow.

Her favorite pose? Prayer. 🙏
Her favorite spot in the room? Anywhere. Because when a place feels like home, there really isn’t a bad seat.

Come as you are. Move how you need. Leave a little lighter than you came.
