New beginnings, though, are exciting!

Please watch for emails and social media updates concerning the change from Sangha Center to Nova House. We will keep you informed and aware of anything you need to know to keep practicing yoga in Beaver!

Attached is the weekly schedule that will run until August 31. Details and registration are on the website. Please know August 31 evening class is SOLD OUT. Please do not buy a pass for this class as it is SOLD OUT and refunds are not available.

Please know : You need to use your passes BY AUGUST 31!

New passes will be available soon for Nova House classes.

It’s such a great time to get away and be with like minded souls. What’s better than yoga, relaxation and some beach time!

We will offer yoga classes each day and you will be fueled with plant based brunch and dinner. You can also indulge in some of the optional healing therapies and excursions.

The retreat center is built for yogi’s! Casa Om - Mexico has well appointed rooms, a yoga studio, a rooftop dining room and a pool. It is located across the street from the beach and a few blocks from shopping and restaurants.

We are transitioning.

The bad news is the space you know as Sangha Center will have its last class on August 31.

The good news is that our yoga studio will continue in the same location, with the same classes and the same amazing roster of teachers who you know and love, now under a new name.

Introducing Nova House Yoga + Movement. Starting Sept 1.
