πŸ’œ Wellness Wednesday πŸ’œ

It's , and today is a great reminder that taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health.

Wellness doesn't have to be perfectβ€”it starts with small, intentional choices each day.

🌿 Take a break and step outside.
πŸ’§ Drink plenty of water.
😴 Prioritize a good night's sleep.
πŸ’œ Reach out to someone you care about.
🧘 Practice gratitude or take a few deep breaths.
πŸ“– Do something that brings you joy.

Remember, self-care isn't selfishβ€”it's essential. When we care for ourselves, we're better able to care for others.

As we observe Su***de Prevention Month, let's continue to encourage open conversations about mental health, offer support without judgment, and remind one another that asking for help is a sign of strength.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Free, confidential support is available 24/7.

πŸ’œ Take care of yourself. Check in on someone else. Together, we can build a healthier, more compassionate community.

πŸ’œ National Su***de Prevention Week | September 6–12, 2026 πŸ’œ

This week, we join communities across the nation in recognizing National Su***de Prevention Weekβ€”a time to raise awareness, inspire hope, and remind everyone that help is available.

Su***de prevention is a shared responsibility. By listening without judgment, checking in on those around us, and encouraging open conversations about mental health, we can make a difference.

Here are a few ways you can help this week:
πŸ’œ Check in with a friend or loved one.
πŸ’œ Listen with compassion and without judgment.
πŸ’œ Learn the warning signs of su***de.
πŸ’œ Share mental health resources.
πŸ’œ Remind others that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Every conversation has the power to bring hope. Together, we can reduce stigma, support one another, and save lives.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Free, confidential support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You are not alone. Help is here. Hope is real. πŸ’œ

πŸ’œ National Su***de Prevention Week | September 6–12, 2026 πŸ’œ

One conversation can change a life.

During National Su***de Prevention Week, we encourage everyone to take a moment to connect with the people around them. Whether it's a phone call, a text, or a face-to-face conversation, reaching out lets others know they are valued, supported, and never alone.

You don't have to have all the answers. Simply listening with compassion can make a meaningful difference.

This week, commit to:
πŸ’œ Reach out to someone you haven't spoken to in a while.
πŸ’œ Be present and listen without judgment.
πŸ’œ Encourage open conversations about mental health.
πŸ’œ Share hope and remind others that help is available.
πŸ’œ Take care of your own mental wellness, too.

Together, we can break the stigma surrounding mental health and create a community where everyone feels safe asking for help.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 to reach the Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Trained counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Your kindness could be the reason someone chooses hope today. πŸ’œ

⚠️ Scam Alert for MyChart Users ⚠️

Several U.S. health systems are warning patients about a phishing scam using fake MyChart emails.

These messages may claim you've won a "MyChart Medicare Kit," "Senior Health Package," or other free gifts or rewards. The goal is to trick you into sharing your MyChart login, Medicare information, or financial details.

πŸ›‘ Protect yourself:
β€’ Don't click links in unexpected emails or texts.
β€’ Don't reply or click "unsubscribe."
β€’ Verify the sender's email address before taking any action.
β€’ Never enter your MyChart login through a link in an emailβ€”go directly to your healthcare provider's website or app.
β€’ If you clicked a suspicious link or entered your information, change your MyChart password immediately and contact your provider's MyChart support team.

Scammers are taking advantage of the trusted MyChart nameβ€”not a security issue with MyChart itself. Stay alert, and when in doubt, contact your healthcare provider using a verified phone number or website.

Please share this post to help protect your family and friends from this scam.
