Dementia is a decline in mental ability that interferes with one’s daily life, including memory loss, poor judgment, and confusion. It is not one single disease, however, it is a group of symptoms caused by physical changes in the dementia impaired brain.
A few common symptoms of dementia include: memory loss, communication trouble, disorientation, poor judgment, and behavior changes.
