This week we had some storms in the area, meaning we lost power and our generator kicked in for a little while. There were no lights in the puzzle room and our Rummikubers decided they weren’t going to let a little rain ruin their parade!

🇺🇸🎆 A Star-Spangled Celebration at The Ashford of Beavercreek! 🎆🇺🇸

The Life Enrichment Department teamed up with our amazing Culinary Department to celebrate the 4th of July in a big way by serving a delicious BBQ lunch to our residents and associates!

Our festive menu featured:
🍖 Ribs
🍔 Burgers
🌭 Hotdogs
🌽 Corn on the Cob
🍉 Watermelon
🥣 Beer Cheese Soup
🥔 Potato Salad
🎂 American Flag Cake

The food was fantastic, the fellowship was wonderful, and the patriotic spirit was shining bright. It was truly a BANG of a celebration!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped plan, prepare, serve, and make this event such a great success. We are grateful for the teamwork and dedication that made this holiday so special for our residents and associates.
