Today was our last day with Billy. What better way to end it with our first official “Front Desk Flannel Friday” of the season. It was a pleasure being your host this week and hope you had as much fun as we did! Thanks again to Beaverton Area Chamber and we wish him well on his next adventure!

Billy got to explore some of our offices today! Our providers know talking about mental health can be a difficult thing to do, so they each created a warm, inviting and safe space while having a flair of their own personalities. Here are just a few of the many we have!

Billy spent the day with our business office! Processing insurance claims, credentialing, running statements, speaking with insurance companies (sometimes for hours) and so much more! Although he had a blast he learned just how hard our billing team works to go the extra mile for patients!

Two of our providers, Raven Bentley PMHNP and Matthew Volk PMHNP, attended the event PROMISE 26 in Colorado Springs last weekend. The conference focused on mental health in elite athletes. Each being passionate about sports, they were able to speak with world-leading experts and learned additional tools to implement with patients. We are lucky to have clinicians who can provide specialty care like these two!

Yesterday we celebrated Sue,our Clinic Administrator, and her last day with us. Sue has given so much to Mind Matters the last 8 years and we wouldn’t be where we are now without her. She always made us feel appreciated and valued. For our own selfish reasons we are sad to see her go but excited for her future adventures. We will miss you Sue and we thank you for all you’ve done! 🍓🫐💜
