Today the residents of Beaverton Hills experimented with a new painting technique, pour painting. The residents loved watching how the paint moved and changed on the canvas.

Just this last Saturday Beaverton Hills hosted our third annual Luau. We had delicious food cooked by our amazing kitchen staff under the direction of Wolanda, our incredible E.D. After dinner the students from Paradise of Samoa dance school entertained us with dances from all the islands of Samoa. We want to extend a huge thank you to all who donated to the Portland All Nation Canoe Family, the vendors who participated, all of the amazing dancers, our staff for working so hard to make the event run smoothly, and last but not least our residents and their families for bringing the laughs and smiles.

Here at Beaverton Hills we celebrate birthdays in style with our monthly birthday party. For the month of July we had Vic Sorisio sing for us. The residents had a great time and sang along with the tunes.

A fun way that the residents at Beaverton Hills stay fit is an exciting game of balloon volleyball. We play every Thursday and the residents love it!

The staff and residents of Beaverton Hills are so blessed to have Wolanda as our Executive Director. Today she brought out the karaoke machine and spent some time singing for the residents. Thank you Wolanda for all that you do for both the residents and the staff of Beaverton Hills we would not be the family we are without you!

Congratulations to the staff and residents of Beaverton Hills, we had a full evacuation drill today and with everyone's cooperation and hard work we were able to get all residents out in the time allotted. Good job Beaverton Hills!
