Michael was diagnosed at age 32, the prime of his life. He courageously battled ALS for 17 1/2 years.
ALS progresses differently with each pALS (Person w/ALS) diagnosed. Typically a doctor will inform you to get your life affairs in order as you only have 2-5 years to live.

❤ 🕯🕊13 years ago (January 12, 2013) we all celebrated a courageous warriors life well lived. It was a glorious day to celebrate Michael's legacy & honor his courageous 17 1/2 year fight with ALS/Lou Gehrigs Disease.
❤Michael touched many, many lives in his lifetime. It was very evident the impact he had when 800+ people were in attendance for his memorial service on Jan. 12, 2013.....I certainly know I will never be able to brag about having that many loving supportive friends & family give me a final goodbye.
🔹️Michael left a lasting legacy.
