SerenWitchery An eclectic "witch of all trades", I give Crystal Ball and Tarot Readings and offer Amplified Reiki. Áine Sullivan founded SerenWitchery in February of 2018.

An eclectic “witch of all trades” she is a practicing witch, healer, and psychic/medium. She provides various Magickal services, such as Tarot and Crystal Ball Readings. She is also a Crystal Reiki Master, Sound Therapist, and Gem Elixir Potions Master learning her trade from the Elders in the community. She also teaches Magick and different energetic subjects, and is available for hand-fastings, house cleansings, and other Magickal Services. She worked on a non-profit board for a Pagan organization, serving for 13 years, and was initiated as a High-Priestess in June 2016. She got her Reiki Master Certification in May of 2020. She is currently a retired sign language interpreter with 32 years of experience in the field. All services that she offer are available to the Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Hearing Communities. Good evening, sweet community! Today’s note from the Witches' Almanac reminds us of a truly ancient form of magic: listening to music.

Music is a powerful bridge. It is known to bring back cherished memories, help us process our deepest feelings, or simply lift our spirits when we need it most. There is profound magick in the physical vibrations that sound sends pulsing through our bodies—vibrations that are deeply healing on every level.

Music is woven into the very fabric of our everyday lives, so let's honor that tonight. Take some time this evening to intentionally listen to some beautiful music, lose yourself in a trance dance to something moving, or simply sit quietly in the dark and listen to the subtle sounds of magick all around you.

Teaching the Littles: Passing Down the Magic of Samhain 🎃🕯️✨

Good evening, sweet community! As we journey deeper into the season of the thinning veil, our thoughts naturally turn toward family, lineage, and honoring those who came before us. One of the most magical parts of this time of year is sharing these traditions with the children and grandchildren in our lives.

Teaching our little ones about the Samhain Sabbat is such a beautiful way to help them understand the cycle of life and love. It's a wonderful opportunity to share that even though our loved ones have crossed over, they still love us deeply and are always around us, watching over and cheering us on.

There are so many simple, meaningful ways to weave this into family time:

Storytelling & Ancestor Chats: Sharing cozy stories about your family history and talking openly about beloved ancestors who have passed.

Carving Jack-O'-Lanterns: Teaching children the rich folklore behind why we carve glowing pumpkins—how those flickering lights help guide our friendly ancestors home while keeping away spirits who might be lost or searching for their loved ones.

Lighting a Special Candle: Inviting little hands to help light a candle for the family altar with a simple thought of love for those who walked before us.

Only 12 Days Until Samhain: Preparing for Ancestor Night 🕯️🍂

Good evening, sweet community! Can you believe it? Samhain is officially just 12 days away. As the veil grows thinner and the autumn air turns crisp, now is the time to start preparing your heart, your home, and your space for our beloved ancestors to come by and say hello on Samhain night.

This sacred season is all about honoring those who walked before us and welcoming them back with love, warmth, and hospitality. There are so many wonderful traditions we lean into during this time to build that bridge:

Lighting Guidance Candles: Placing a candle in your window helps light the way home for wandering spirits and visiting ancestors.

Hosting a Dummy Dinner (Silent Supper): Setting an extra plate at the table for your ancestors, offering them the first tastes of the meal in quiet reverence and gratitude.

Creating a Ancestor Altar: Gathering photographs, mementos, and offerings of food or drink to invite your lineage into your space.
