Opening day for our Farm Stand today! We have pre-picked strawberries available - our u-pick will open early next week.

Also availalble fresh picked peas, cucumbers, English cucumbers, rhubarb, kohlrabi, radishes, asparagus, and lettuce.

I always appreciate when clients are realistic with their health/recovery goals; knowing that 1 session isn't likely to address and fix all their concerns and discomfort. 🤸‍♀️

A first session with a new massage therapist is not only about addressing a client's areas of concern but ensuring they feel safe, comfortable and connected. 😌

This creates an environment for the client to ask for a kleenex, ask to adjust the pressure, ask to spend more time in an area and ultimately relax and release trapped tension so I can work with relaxed muscles and work to provide great relief.

Hey! My neighbor across the road is now open!

I checked it out today and what a terrific store. Fresh bait and fresh, fried chicken 🍗 to kick off your Memorial Day weekend. Shelves are stocked, store is clean (I know they just opened but still an awesome feat)...and super friendly, kind staff. 🥰

I was not selected for a chaperone on my kiddos field trip next Thursday (glad other parents volunteered...🙃🤪) so I have opened up my schedule Thursday, May 28th.
