Tomorrow, the people of southern West Virginia will decide what kind of future we want for this region we call home.
For months now, you’ve been flooded with noise. Mailers. Attacks. Constant outrage and distractions designed to keep people divided while nothing ever really changes.
But beneath all of that, I believe something deeper has been acknowledged in this race.
People are ready to move forward again.
Not by abandoning our values, but by returning to what made this state strong in the first place: hard work, personal responsibility, strong families, thriving communities, and leaders who focus more on building than performing.
I entered this race because I care deeply about this place, the people here, and the future we’re leaving our children. And I could no longer ignore the feeling so many of us share — that our communities have been quietly accepted in decline for far too long.
I still see too much talent, too much resilience, and too much potential in southern West Virginia to accept decline as inevitable.
I believe we can grow again.
I believe we can attract jobs again.
I believe our schools can be stronger.
I believe our infrastructure can improve.
And I believe our kids deserve a reason to stay here and build a life.
This campaign was never about becoming a politician. It was about stepping forward as a husband, father, physician, coach, business owner, and lifelong West Virginian who believes this region is worth fighting for.
And maybe most importantly, I wanted to prove that leadership does not have to look like constant anger and division to be conservative.
We can be strong without being cruel.
We can defend our values without losing our decency.
And we can demand better for southern West Virginia without accepting the same politics that brought us to this point.
Tomorrow, you have a choice.
Not just between candidates, but between continuing down the same path, or choosing a new generation of leadership focused on the future instead of the theatrics.
If you believe southern West Virginia still has greatness ahead of it, then tomorrow I humbly ask for your vote.
Let’s move this region forward together.
