Sold Out
This Thursday morning circle series has 3 openings. If you are interested in joining or would like more information, feel free to reach out to Mika with any questions.
This circle series offers space to more deeply explore the many dimensions of life, identity, relationships, and the experience of womanhood in its many forms. Through guided art-making, reflection, community, and connection to self, individuals are supported in slowing down, expressing themselves creatively, and feeling less alone in what they are carrying.
This is a closed group, meaning the same group of women will meet weekly for 6 weeks in my safe, nurturing, and supportive space in Bedford Hills. Open to women of all ages and life stages, with this current Thursday morning circle spanning women in their 30s through 70s. This series is for women seeking growth, connection, creativity, and deeper self-understanding. Absolutely no art experience is necessary.
So much time is spent trying to think our way through life with the mind. This overthinking can pull us away from the body, where emotions and experiences are held and felt. Working creatively with different art mediums allows us to stay connected to the body as we move through a more somatic and expressive process. Creating with intention can offer another pathway, helping us gently connect to deeper, intuitive, and unspoken parts of ourselves that are often difficult to access through words alone.
We are not here to fix or solve anything for one another, but simply to hold space and be present with ourselves and each other, exactly as we are right now.
Mika McLane is a masters-level clinician with 17 years of experience working with individuals and facilitating groups. She combines art therapy, somatics, and IFS-informed work, and is currently completing her IFS certification, to support clients navigating grief, identity shifts, motherhood, caregiving, and life transitions. Her office is intentionally designed like an art studio, creating a warm and welcoming space for creativity, reflection, and expression.
Groups are capped at 8 women to help foster safety, connection, and intimacy within the space. Returning members receive first priority each series, which is why openings are rare. All materials are included.
