True North Healing Center, LLC is excited to announce our upcoming Veterans and First Responders Group KAP (Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy) session. We are excited to collaborate with Align Counseling Associates PLLC and Out of the Woods: EMDR and Counseling Services to make this group possible.

This transformative program is designed to support those who have served in these vital roles, helping them heal from PTSD, moral injury, and the challenges of reintegrating into civilian life, retirement, or transitioning home after a shift.

Research shows that up to 70% of individuals with PTSD experience significant symptom reduction through ketamine therapy, often within weeks. KAP fosters emotional release, self-compassion, and lasting resilience, offering a unique approach when traditional therapies fall short.

This group will be led by Becky Glaze, LICSW, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist, and U.S. Army Veteran. The session will be co-facilitated by experts Rebecca LaFrance, APRN, from Align Counseling, PLLC, and Kat Delaney, LCMHC, Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapist from Out of The Woods EMDR and Counseling, PLLC. We are honored to offer this healing opportunity to those who have sacrificed so much for our communities.

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of TNHC’s Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Program! Facilitated by Becky Glaze, LICSW and Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist.

“My journey has always been fueled by a deep passion for healing and supporting others on their path to wholeness. After discovering the transformative power of psychedelics and witnessing the profound healing they can offer, I felt called to dive deeper into this sacred work.

-I completed a year-long certification through the Integrative Psychiatric Institute (IPI), where I immersed myself in:

1) The science of psychedelic-assisted therapy

2) The safe application of psychedelic-assisted therapy to my community

3) Experiential practices with ketamine, psilocybin, and other sacred medicines”

With Su***de Awareness concluding in September, the team at True North wanted to acknowledge the amazing strides the community and world as a whole, has made in exposing and normalizing the discussion about su***de. We also wanted to echo a prominent fact that su***de is a perpetual issue in our society that spans longer than a mere month.

Along with our conversation with Brian Driscoll, we wanted to provide the community with some resources for su***de prevention, with some being available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Let’s educate ourselves with resources that can help combat suicidal ideation and help others around us!

This month is a time to remember those lives lost to su***de, acknowledge and support the many families and communites impacted by su***de, and provide resources for the millions of individuals impacted by suicidal thoughts.

Hello and thank you for connecting with True North Healing Center via social media! We are excited to be a part of the New Hampshire mental health community.

We would like to formally re-introduce ourselves. True North Healing Center is both woman-owned and operated, as well as veteran-owned and operated. Our goal is to cultivate a community of healing through various methods of care, both on the individual and community levels.

At True North, we specialize in the treatment of trauma and are trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
