The 3rd Annual White River Lodge County Fair was a day to remember! 🌽 Residents, staff, and families all came together for a fun-filled afternoon! Residents had been working hard on projects to enter into the fair and everyone went home proudly wearing a participation ribbon. The food council made sure every classic fair favorite made it to the menu. The residents absolutely loved dunking the staff in the dunking booth. 😄 We are so grateful for a community that shows up and celebrates together like this. ❤️

Congratulations to our July Employee of the Month, Joanna Graham! 🌟 Joanna has been with our activities team at White River Lodge for just three months and has already made such a beautiful impact. Her creativity and craftiness shine through in everything she does, from helping residents make wreaths to hang on their doors to crafting stunning centerpieces for our dining room tables that residents are incredibly proud of. Joanna, thank you for pouring your heart into this community. We are so glad you are part of our team! ❤️

100 years young and we celebrated every single one of them! 🎂 White River Lodge is so honored to have celebrated Treva's 100th birthday yesterday. What an incredible milestone and what an incredible woman. Happy 100th birthday, Treva! We are so lucky to have you! ❤️

Lights, camera, action! 📸 We brought in a professional photographer and the girls made sure every resident was looking their absolute best. The ladies were gorgeous and the gentlemen were dashing and everyone had the best time at their very own photo shoot! ❤️

A little creativity and a lot of delicious at White River Lodge this week! ❤️ Residents had a blast making lollipop bouquets and then headed to the kitchen to make homemade pizza from scratch. For some residents it was their very first time making homemade pizza! 🍕🎀

Creativity and competition are alive and well at White River Lodge! ❤️ Residents have been busy crafting beautiful wooden flower vases that are now brightening up the dining room tables, and when it comes to our Crazy Auction the bidding wars are no joke. 😂 Residents earn Bingo Bucks playing bingo and then get to put them to use bidding on things they love. We love seeing our residents create, compete, and have a great time doing it!

White River Lodge received the most heartwarming visit from Evelyn's Blessings! 🐾❤️ Evelyn's Blessings is a young lady and her mom who apply for grants to provide nursing home residents with interactive companion animals and baby dolls. Each resident got to browse a large selection and choose exactly what they wanted to keep as their own.

The cats move and meow, the dogs breathe, and every single one of them brought pure joy to our residents. Watching each person light up as they made their pick was truly something special.

Thank you so much to Evelyn's Blessings for your generosity, your heart, and for putting so many smiles on our residents faces. The world needs more people like you! 💕

Congratulations to our Employee of the Month, Nicole Staggs! 🌟 Nicole serves as our Activities Assistant at White River Lodge and it is easy to see why her coworkers and residents adore her. She brings positivity to every single day, designs activities that get both residents and staff involved, and has a gift for making every person she encounters feel appreciated and special. Whether it is a resident, a coworker, or a visitor walking through the door, Nicole shows up with her whole heart. Thank you, Nicole, for your dedication to WRL and for the countless smiles you put on our residents faces. We are so lucky to have you! ❤️
