Please join us for a beginner friendly yoga class every Thursday evening at 6PM at Wholism located at 105 Railroad Street, Bedford, PA (Fat Jimmy’s/Family Dollar plaza). Class is an hour and the cost is $15. Please bring a mat and anything you might need for class. Take this important step for your own self care and give yourself the gift of yoga. Our yoga tribe would love to have you join us! New students welcome 😊
