You’ve responded with coffee. ☕️

Maybe three times.

And listen, I love coffee as much as the next person, but “I’m tired all the time” is information, not a personality trait.

Fatigue can have a ridiculously long list of causes. Sleep. Stress. Nutrition. Medications. Iron deficiency. Thyroid issues. B12 deficiency. Blood sugar problems. Hormonal changes. And sometimes, yes, you’re just exhausted because life has been doing the absolute most.

If excessive underarm sweat has you avoiding certain colors, changing shirts twice a day, or your deodorant fighting for its life… it might be more than just “running hot.”

Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating that goes beyond what your body needs to regulate temperature, and yes, there are treatments for it.
