Advanced Injury Treatment Center opened its doors in December of 1999 and has been in continuous operation for the last 15 years providing chiropractic and physical therapy rehabilitation to the residents of Bedford and the surrounding communities in Southern NH. Hit some blood flow restriction training today. We use it a lot in the office for rehab to stimulate muscle growth and decrease joint stress. It’s also great for performance training. You get the effect of high intensity training using light weights and a crazy pump. 💪
