We’re pleased to welcome Dr. Winifred Agard as the new Medical Director for PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly). With nearly two decades of experience at Centra, Dr. Agard has built a reputation for compassionate leadership, clinical excellence, and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

As a board-certified emergency physician, Dr. Agard has served across Centra’s emergency departments and most recently as Medical Director of the Emergency Department Observation Unit. Her extensive experience, combined with her dedication to improving care across our communities, makes her uniquely qualified to lead the clinical care of our PACE participants.

In her new role, Dr. Agard will help guide individualized care plans and provide medical oversight that empowers participants to thrive, maintain their independence, and continue living safely at home. We are excited for the expertise, compassion, and leadership she brings to the PACE team.
