🩸HEMATOMA - ‘SNAP’ Burst blood vessels. Patient present from heavy Bench press. Muscle’s were too cold & not warmed up.

If you can see that much blood on the surface….. there is an equal or more amount of dried blood in the muscle under the surface close to the bone, lymph & veins.

Rest (3) days. No upper body for (1) week. Then return to lifting ONLY legs, walk, light stretching, abs.

Three (3) years ago, I was prepping for NPC competition. Too many set backs since. I have hit a wall. Many in life face this same struggle in training, career & relationships.

A lot has changed internally & externally. I have to find that inner flame 🔥 and rise from the ashes.

I have to stop looking back on what has been done, and focus on what remains to be done ✅🙏🏻
