Inflammation doesn’t just affect your joints.

It affects your energy.

It affects your sleep.

It affects your digestion.

It affects your mood, your focus, your hormones, and your ability to recover.

So often people tell me they’re exhausted, hurting, struggling with brain fog, waking up throughout the night, or feeling like their body is working against them.

The problem isn’t always a lack of willpower.

Sometimes the body is simply overwhelmed.

Chronic stress, poor sleep, unresolved trauma, nutrient deficiencies, inflammatory foods, and lifestyle habits can all contribute to a body that stays stuck in survival mode.

Healing happens when we start supporting the whole person, not just chasing symptoms.

That’s why my approach focuses on the nervous system, inflammation, nutrition, recovery, movement, and the root causes that may be keeping the body from doing what it was designed to do.

Because healing isn’t about doing more.

It’s about removing what’s standing in the way.

❤️ With love,

What are you committed to?

Not what do you WANT.

Not what do you WISH for.

What are you actually committed to?

Because commitment leaves clues.

We say we want better health.

We say we want more energy.

We say we want to lose weight.

We say we want to feel better.

But then we spend hours scrolling social media.

We binge-watch Netflix until midnight.

We upgrade our phones every year.

We buy the latest gadgets.

We spend money on things that provide temporary entertainment.

Meanwhile...

The gym membership sits unused.

The healthier food stays on the grocery shelf.

The walk gets postponed until tomorrow.

The doctor's appointment gets pushed back.

The stress never gets addressed.

And somehow we're shocked when our health isn't improving.

Here's the hard truth:

Your calendar reveals your priorities.

Your bank account reveals your priorities.

Your daily habits reveal your priorities.

Not your intentions.

Your actions.

Because none of us accidentally become healthier.

We become healthier through small choices repeated consistently over time.

And before someone says, "I don't have time"...

How many hours did you spend watching television this week?

How much time did you spend scrolling your phone?

How much money went toward convenience, comfort, or entertainment?

Again, this isn't about guilt.

It's about awareness.

Because one day your health will become a priority.

The question is whether you make it a priority now...

or whether life eventually forces it to become one.

Your quality of life tomorrow is being built by the decisions you make today.

The best investment you will ever make isn't in a phone, a television, a vehicle, or a vacation.

It's in the body you have to live in for the rest of your life.

Make yourself a priority.

You're worth it.

One of the biggest mistakes I see people make is simply switching from prescription medications to supplements… while still chasing symptoms.

The mindset hasn’t changed.

The bottle has.

A headache?

Take this.

Trouble sleeping?

Take that.

Low energy?

Try this supplement.

Anxiety?

Here’s another one.

Digestive issues?

Add three more.

Before long, the medicine cabinet becomes a supplement cabinet, but you’re still stuck on the same hamster wheel.

And here’s the problem:

Just because something is natural doesn’t automatically mean it’s right for YOUR body.

What works for your friend may not work for you.

What works for one person with fatigue may actually make another person’s symptoms worse.

What helps one person sleep may leave someone else feeling groggy, anxious, or completely out of balance.

This is where so many people get trapped.

They take something because of a symptom.

That creates another imbalance.

Now they need something else.

Then something else.

And before they know it, they’re taking a handful of supplements every day and still wondering why they don’t feel better.

The goal shouldn’t be to throw more things at the body.

The goal should be to understand what the body is actually asking for.

That’s why I take a different approach.

Instead of asking:

“What supplement should I take for this symptom?”

I ask:

“Why is this symptom happening in the first place?”

What’s driving the inflammation?

What’s contributing to the fatigue?

What’s disrupting sleep?

What’s keeping the nervous system stuck in survival mode?

What deficiencies, toxicities, stressors, food sensitivities, or imbalances are creating the symptoms?

Because symptoms are messages.

They’re clues.

They’re not the root cause.

Through tools like hair analysis, nutritional assessment, lifestyle evaluation, nervous system support, and other holistic approaches, we start looking at what YOUR body needs—not what worked for somebody else on social media.

True holistic health isn’t about collecting more supplements.

It’s about understanding the whole person.

Mind.

Body.

Lifestyle.

Stress.

Nutrition.

Environment.

And creating a plan that addresses the root cause rather than chasing symptoms.

If you’re tired of guessing and ready to understand what your body is trying to tell you, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

And if you’re not ready for that step, that’s okay too. I’ve written several books designed to help people better understand their bodies and begin their healing journey from a root-cause perspective.

Your body isn’t broken.

It may simply be asking for a different conversation than the one you’ve been having with it.

START FINDING THE ROOT CAUSE.

Ready to stop guessing and start understanding what your body needs?

🚨 PSA FROM THE 4 A.M. GYM CREW 🚨

If you see me at the gym before 5:00 a.m. and I’m not my usual happy, smiling, talkative self…

Please understand that I’m still in active negotiations with my life choices.

At this hour, I’m not sure if I’m training for a fitness competition or serving a prison sentence.

Give me until about 5:00 a.m. to fully remember who I am, why I’m here, and why I thought this was a good idea.

Until then, approach with caution.

Coffee is appreciated.
Questions are risky.
Motivation speeches will be ignored.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Everyone wants to talk about supplements, medications, peptides, detoxes, hormones, weight loss, and the newest health technology.

And don’t get me wrong—many of those tools have their place.

But if you’re not addressing the root cause, you’re still on the hamster wheel.

Maybe the wheel is bigger now.

Maybe your symptoms aren’t showing up as often.

Maybe you’ve found something that helps temporarily.

But you’re still running in circles.

True holistic health means looking at the body as a whole.

The word holistic literally means addressing the spiritual, mental, and physical aspects of health because they are all connected.

And no, when I say “spiritual,” I’m not talking about religion.

I’m talking about purpose, connection, identity, and the experiences that shape how your body responds to life.

Whether you’re struggling with thyroid issues, Crohn’s disease, IBS, fibromyalgia, chronic inflammation, anxiety, fatigue, arthritis, poor sleep, chronic pain, or simply feeling like you’ve tried everything, your body is communicating something.

Symptoms are messages.

They’re not the problem.

They’re evidence of the problem.

That’s why simply chasing symptoms rarely creates lasting change.

Real healing happens when we start asking better questions:

➡️ What is driving the inflammation?

➡️ What is keeping the nervous system stuck in survival mode?

➡️ Are food sensitivities contributing?

➡️ Are nutrient deficiencies involved?

➡️ Is unresolved stress affecting the body’s ability to heal?

➡️ What root cause has been overlooked?

Sometimes the answer involves testing.

Sometimes it involves nutrition.

Sometimes it involves supplementation.

Sometimes it involves nervous system work.

And often, it’s a combination of all of the above.

My job isn’t to put another Band-Aid on your symptoms.

My job is to help you connect the dots, uncover what’s really going on, and create a plan that supports true healing.

If you’re ready to work with someone, I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where we can talk about your health concerns and determine whether we’re a good fit to work together.

If you’re not quite ready for that step, that’s okay too.

I’ve written multiple books on these topics because I believe education is one of the most powerful tools we have. Sometimes the first step toward healing is simply understanding what’s happening in your body.

No matter where you are in your journey, remember this:

Your body isn’t working against you.

It’s asking you to listen.

Too many people treat their dreams like a someday project.

Someday I’ll start the business.
Someday I’ll write the book.
Someday I’ll get healthy.
Someday I’ll take the trip.
Someday I’ll become the person I know I’m capable of being.

But someday has a way of turning into years.

The people who build extraordinary lives don’t just think about their goals once a year when they make resolutions. They think about them daily. They review them. They adjust them. They take action on them.

Burn your goals onto the backs of your eyelids.

Go to sleep thinking about them.
Wake up working toward them.
Let them become bigger than your excuses, bigger than your fears, and bigger than the opinions of people who never had the courage to chase their own dreams.

Your future is being built by the choices you make today.

Not next month.
Not next year.

Today.

Stay hungry.
Stay focused.
Stay disciplined.

The life you want is waiting on the other side of the work you’re willing to do.

What’s one goal you’re refusing to quit on this year?

What if the peace you're searching for isn't in another relationship, another accomplishment, or another version of yourself?

What if it's already within you?

In *The Peace You're Looking For: The Nervous System of Love*, I explore something most people never realize:

The relationships we choose...
The anxiety we feel...
The exhaustion, overthinking, people-pleasing, and emotional highs and lows...

They're often not personality traits.

They're nervous system patterns.

Many of us learned survival before we learned safety.

We learned to chase approval.
To earn love.
To stay hypervigilant.
To abandon ourselves in order to belong.

And over time, that survival mode doesn't just affect our relationships.

It affects our sleep.
Our hormones.
Our digestion.
Our inflammation levels.
Our energy.
Our ability to experience peace.

This book connects the dots between emotional health and physical health, showing how unresolved stress and trauma can keep the body stuck in survival mode long after the original threat is gone.

Because healing isn't just about thinking differently.

It's about teaching your body that it's finally safe enough to exhale.

If you've ever felt exhausted from carrying everyone else's needs...
If you've ever wondered why healthy relationships feel unfamiliar...
If you've struggled with anxiety, burnout, inflammation, or feeling disconnected from yourself...

This book was written for you.

Peace isn't something you find.

It's something you build.

And it starts with the nervous system.

06/01/2026

There was a time in my life when I kept asking myself the same question:

**"Why does this keep happening?"**

Different situations.
Different people.
Different circumstances.

Same pattern.

I would work hard.
Push through.
Try to think more positively.
Read the books.
Set the goals.

Yet somehow, I kept finding myself back in the same place emotionally, physically, or mentally.

What I didn't understand then was that trauma isn't just something that happens in your mind.

It changes the way your body responds to life.

It changes what feels familiar.
It changes what feels safe.
It changes what you tolerate.
It changes what you expect.

And often, without realizing it, we keep repeating patterns that our nervous system learned long ago.

Not because we're weak.

Not because we're broken.

But because our body is still operating from survival.

Writing **Stuck on Repeat** came from my own journey of connecting those dots.

I wanted people to understand that healing isn't about blaming your past or staying stuck in your story.

It's about understanding why the cycle exists so you can finally break it.

The moment I stopped asking, "What's wrong with me?" and started asking, "What happened to me, and what is my body trying to protect me from?" everything changed.

Maybe you've been stuck in the same cycle.

The same relationship patterns.
The same self-sabotage.
The same emotional triggers.
The same feeling of starting over.

If so, I want you to know this:

Awareness is the first break in the chain.

And sometimes understanding the pattern is the beginning of freedom.

Every Bite You Take Is Either Feeding Healing… or Feeding Survival Mode

We love to talk about calories, carbs, protein, and weight loss.

But what if food is impacting something even deeper?

Your nervous system.

Every bite you take sends information to your body.

Some foods tell your body:

✅ You’re safe.
✅ Nutrients are available.
✅ Inflammation can calm down.
✅ Energy production can improve.
✅ Repair and recovery can begin.

Other foods can contribute to:

⚠ Blood sugar spikes and crashes
⚠ Increased inflammation
⚠ Digestive stress
⚠ Hormonal disruption
⚠ More cravings
⚠ Increased anxiety and irritability
⚠ Nervous system dysregulation

And here’s where it gets complicated…

Many of us aren’t just eating because we’re hungry.

We’re eating because we’re exhausted.

We’re eating because we’re stressed.

We’re eating because we’re lonely.

We’re eating because food became one of the few things that gave us comfort when life felt overwhelming.

That’s not a lack of willpower.

That’s often a nervous system looking for relief.

The problem is that highly processed foods, excess sugar, energy drinks, and fast food often provide temporary comfort while creating more inflammation, unstable blood sugar, digestive distress, and energy crashes later.

The nervous system feels that roller coaster.

Your gut feels it.

Your hormones feel it.

Your joints feel it.

Your brain feels it.

Then we wonder why we’re anxious, exhausted, inflamed, craving more sugar, reaching for another coffee, and feeling stuck.

Healing isn’t about perfection.

It’s not about never eating a burger again.

It’s about asking yourself a simple question:

“Is this meal helping my body feel safe, nourished, and supported… or is it keeping me trapped in survival mode?”

Small choices add up.

One meal.

One snack.

One day at a time.

Because healing doesn’t start with a detox.

It doesn’t start with a supplement.

It starts with creating enough safety and nourishment for the body to believe it’s no longer fighting for survival.

❤️ Your nervous system is listening to every bite you take.
