5 years ago, I took a leap of faith.
I walked away from the industry that raised me, with 75 clients, a newborn baby, and no idea what the future would look like.
Today, Namaste My Day turns 5.
In these 5 years I’ve worked with over 500 clients, participated in wedding expos, received awards and recognition, spoken on podcasts, articles written about NMD, worked with professional athletes, hosted events, and built relationships I’ll cherish forever.
But the accomplishment I’m most proud of?
I did it all alone.
No staff.
No team.
No other massage therapists.
Just me showing up day after day.
I’ve built this business through pregnancies, postpartum depression and anxiety, breastfeeding, motherhood, an autism diagnosis, financial struggles, burnout, moves, tears, victories, and moments where I truly didn’t know how I was going to keep going.
Some days I showed up confident.
Some days I showed up terrified.
But I showed up.
What started as a business to help people heal ended up helping me heal too.
To every client who booked, referred a friend, shared a post, left a review, or trusted me with their care thank you.
You helped build this dream.
Here’s to 5 years of Namaste My Day.
