Catching up on our peer‑to‑peer awards and taking a moment to celebrate the teammates who consistently show up for their coworkers and go above and beyond. Please join me in thanking these incredible individuals for being there for their teams, and often far beyond.

• April – Dwight Smith, Facilities Tech
• May – Dana Brown, Case Manager
• June – Anthony Haley, Culinary Lead
• July – Brad Thomas, Culinary Specialist

Being recognized by their peers is one of the most meaningful honors we can give. It shows that their teammates truly see them, their hard work, their reliability, and the ways they make each day a little easier and a little brighter.
Amazing job, team. Keep shining. 🌟

Teamwork Makes the Dream Work!

I say teamwork… we all say teamwork… TEAMWORK! 🙌🏼 🙌🏾🙌🏻🙌🏿

Our July All‑Staff meeting was all about team building, and our crew showed up ready to work. Mrs. Posey, our HR Director, set up multiple stations to test our skills, communication, and collaboration, and let’s just say, this team delivered. It’s safe to say they did an AMAZING job. 🎉🎉
And of course, we ended the day with our annual tug‑of‑war showdown between residents and staff. This year, we got more than we bargained for; the rope decided it had had enough and snapped right in the middle, which explains that last photo of everyone on the ground. 😂🤷‍♀️ For the record, this was the employees’ year… we were absolutely moving in our direction. Humph… next year for sure. 😉
You should love where you work, and days like this make it easy.👏👏

Yesterday we celebrated our March and April honorees, and today we’re excited to spotlight our Employee of the Month for May: Cralida Staton, Clinical Support Specialist and MSW Intern.

Cralida joined us as an intern and quickly proved she was someone we needed to keep. Her strong social work training, accountability, and healthy boundaries have made her an invaluable part of our clinical team. She’s learned nearly every corner of the department, from re‑entry and case management to therapy support and beyond, and she jumps in wherever she’s needed. Most recently, Cralida has taken on her own therapy caseload, continuing to grow her skills and make a meaningful impact with our residents. She may take a minute to warm up, but once she does, she’s unstoppable. Please join us in congratulating Cralida on being May’s Employee of the Month. 🎉🎉👏👏

Mike has been a dedicated part of our organization for many years, and he never fails to brighten the day. His humor, good nature, and ability to make us laugh keep our team grounded and connected.

Chris, one of our proud alumni, shows up every day with a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to giving back. His consistency and heart make a meaningful impact on everyone around him.

Congratulations, Mike and Chris, thank you for everything you bring to our team. 🌟👏
