Every bag on this table represents one member of our team.

Our recent survey success wasn’t the result of one department or one person—it was the result of every nurse, CNA, therapist, housekeeper, dietary team member, maintenance employee, laundry aide, receptionist, office staff member, and manager working together with one shared purpose: providing exceptional care for our residents.

As a small token of our appreciation, every team member received a goodie bag and had the opportunity to choose a gift card to one of their favorite places.

No gift could ever equal the hard work, compassion, and dedication our staff shows each day, but we hope each one knows just how much they’re appreciated.

Survey week can bring anticipation, long days, and a little anxiety to every nursing home. While the process is challenging, it serves an important purpose—to ensure that our residents receive the safe, compassionate, high-quality care they deserve.

This year’s results are a reflection of something we’ve always believed: excellence isn’t achieved by chance. It’s earned through the hard work, compassion, and dedication of an incredible team that shows up every day committed to making a difference.

🎉 Happy Birthday to a Very Special Pair! 🎉

Today we had the joy of celebrating one of our wonderful residents, Mary Lou, alongside her twin sister, Mary Lynn, who came to spend the day with her. 💜

There is something truly special about the bond between twins, and it was a privilege to witness the love, laughter, and memories they shared on their birthday.
