“If you see someone without a smile, give them one of yours.” 🤍

That has always been one of my favorite quotes from Dolly because it captures so much of who she was—warm, generous, and always looking for a way to bring a little more kindness into the world.

I can’t remember a time in my life when Dolly wasn’t there—her music playing somewhere in the background as I grew up and her voice feeling as familiar as home.

She was an inspiration to little girls and women everywhere. Dolly showed us that we could be strong and soft, successful and kind, confident in who we are, and never forget where we came from. She was so much more than a country music legend—she was an icon to us all, with a heart every bit as beautiful as the songs she gave the world.

It’s hard to imagine a world without her warmth, humor, generosity, and unmistakable sparkle. She will be deeply and truly missed, but the joy she shared and the lives she touched will carry on for generations.

Rest peacefully, Dolly. Thank you for always giving the world one of your smiles. 🤍🦋

🍯🍂 My Fall Whipped Honey Lineup Is Here!

Four cozy seasonal flavors are joining the apothecary just in time for crisp mornings, warm drinks and all the comforting flavors of autumn:

🎃 Pumpkin Spice Whipped Honey — Made with organic pumpkin powder and cinnamon. Pumpkin naturally contains beneficial plant nutrients, while cinnamon is rich in antioxidants and traditionally used to support digestion.

🤎 Madagascar Vanilla Whipped Honey — Infused with rich Madagascar vanilla for a smooth, creamy and wonderfully comforting flavor. Vanilla contains natural antioxidants, and its warm aroma can feel soothing and uplifting.

🔥 Wildfire Cayenne Whipped Honey — Sweet Hot honey with a slow, warming kick from cayenne pepper. Cayenne contains capsaicin and has traditionally been valued for supporting circulation, metabolism and digestion.

🍎 Ceylon & Silk Whipped Honey — Warm, familiar and perfectly cozy! Cinnamon has so many wonderful benefits, especially for women’s wellness. It has been studied for its potential to support menstrual comfort, metabolic health and healthy blood-sugar balance, while also providing beneficial antioxidants.

These whipped honeys aren’t only for tea and toast! Stir them into coffee, drizzle them over oatmeal, biscuits or baked goods, or use them as a flavorful glaze or marinade for vegetables and meats—especially the cinnamon, pumpkin spice and cayenne varieties.

I’ll have the complete fall honey lineup with me at the farmers market this weekend! My full fall collection will begin arriving at the shops in September, so keep watching for those seasonal launches. 🍁

If you could choose only one, which fall honey would you take home first? 🎃🤎🔥🍎

Yesterday, on a complete whim, I created my newest blend: Harvest Apple Spice Chai 🍎🍂

The idea popped into my head, I checked to see if I had everything I needed—and somehow, I did! After a whole lot of mixing and taste-testing in the kitchen, this cozy fall blend came to life.

It’s made with real apples and, as you already know, I never use so-called “natural flavorings” in my blends. Everything is made with real, recognizable ingredients, and you can always trust that. Since the apples alone didn’t bring forward quite enough of that tart apple flavor I was imagining, I used herbs and spices to recreate it naturally—including a few secret ingredients you wouldn’t commonly find in a chai!

One important note: this is a one-cup-at-a-time chai, not one you boil into a concentrate. Steep it like a regular cup of loose-leaf tea, because boiling it for 15–20 minutes may make it bitter.

And I have to warn you…I cannot help myself when it comes to fall! I was born at the beginning of autumn, I’m an Earth girly through and through, and I love every flavor, scent, and feeling this season brings. So yes—you’ll probably see more fall blends from me than you ever will for any other holiday! 😂🍁

Harvest Apple Spice Chai officially joins my fall lineup alongside Enchanted Ember, Autumn Oak Infusion, and Fireside Roast—making this fall blend number four!

I’ll have a small batch available at the markets this weekend only until I can gather everything I need to make a larger batch for the shops and officially launch the full fall collection. Come grab a bag and be one of the first to try it! 🍎☕️🍂
And im here right now with all of my fall blends, and more!

The first of my fall honey lineup is officially here! 🍂🍯

Introducing Pumpkin Spice Whipped Honey—a creamy, dreamy fall treat filled with the warm, cozy flavors of the season. It’s the perfect addition to so many of my fall tea blends, adding a touch of sweetness and even more pumpkin-spice goodness to every cup!

Stir it into your tea or coffee, spread it over warm biscuits or toast, drizzle it over oatmeal, or enjoy a little straight from the spoon.

I’ll have a limited number with me at the farmers markets this weekend, with more coming to the shops soon. Come grab a jar and welcome fall a little early! 🎃✨

A little vulnerable honesty today… 🤍

Running this small business brings me more joy and purpose than I can put into words—but there’s another side to it that people don’t always see.

Trying to keep sales up, stand out among the competition, create new products, make videos, prepare for upcoming events and the holidays, figure out taxes, and somehow keep up with everything else can become incredibly overwhelming. Today, all of that stress hit me at once, and it was a hard day to navigate.

That’s when I knew it was time to reach for the bottle of Mimosa Flower Tincture I had set aside for myself—one of my own little plant allies when I need a moment of emotional support and calm.

I wanted to share this because small-business life isn’t always the beautiful products and happy market days you see online. Sometimes it’s heavy, stressful, and uncertain. Today was one of those days—but tomorrow is a new one. 🌿

You can currently find my limited-batch Mimosa Flower Tincture at Oak Hollow Market in Jane, Missouri, and I’ll be dropping some off at Made Market NWA in Rogers Arkansas tomorrow!

I just want to take a moment to thank all my lovely customers and friends who think of me when they see passionflower growing in their gardens, or when they’re trimming a mimosa tree and wonder if I can use the branches. 🌿

Every time someone reaches out and offers me plants or herbs, it truly means so much. Not only does it help support my small business—it reminds me how fortunate I am to be part of such a thoughtful and generous community.

When I started this business two years ago, I never imagined all the beautiful friendships and connections it would bring into my life. Thank you for believing in what I do, thinking of me, and helping Ozark Woodland Apothecary continue to grow. I appreciate every single one of you more than you know. 💚

" Mimosa flower tincture are ready now, and this mimosa bark tincture will be ready in a few weeks."

PS: my new favorite overalls are from at Granny’s Place and ApotheCarry i'd live in these if I could. They are so cute! You can find these in so much more at her shop in downtown eureka springs. And thank me later 😉

Golden Goddess truly is a powerhouse of a blend—and one of my absolute favorites to make because it’s just as beautiful as it is comforting. ✨🌿

This was inspired by the simple ginger-and-turmeric tea my mom used to make whenever I was sick…only taken to a whole new level!

Golden Goddess brings together turmeric and ginger for antioxidant and healthy inflammatory support, licorice root and lemongrass to soothe and support digestion, and bright orange and lemon peel for an extra boost of vitamin C and plant nutrients.

Whether you’re feeling under the weather, your tummy is a little upset, or you simply want a nourishing cup to support your immune system and overall wellness, this is the blend to reach for all year long. It’s warming, citrusy, soothing, and packed with herbal goodness—my mom’s comforting tea times one hundred and ten. 💛

I just got a beautiful new collection of tea infusers in, and I’m bringing several with me to the market this morning! 🍵✨

They would make such a thoughtful back-to-school gift for the special teachers in our lives—and this is a purchase I can always feel good about. Twenty-five percent of the profits from these infusers goes back to supporting special education. 💛

Come by and pick out the perfect one for a teacher—or a little treat for yourself!

🌸 My one and only batch of Mimosa Flower Tincture is officially here!

I wasn’t able to get back out to the trees before their beautiful flowers began fading and falling, so this will be the only batch I have until they bloom again next year.

Mimosa is known as the “Happy Tree” for a reason. Its flowers have traditionally been used to gently support:

🌿 A brighter, more uplifted mood
🌿 Emotional balance during stress or grief
🌿 A calmer, more relaxed nervous system
🌿 Restful sleep when the mind won’t slow down

I’ll have a limited number of 1 oz and 2 oz bottles with me at the markets this weekend, along with a few at Made Market NWA and Oak Hollow Market. Once they’re gone, they’re gone—and I’m definitely keeping one from this special little batch for myself. 💗
