Our Mat Pilates Schedule is here!
We will be offering two types of mat pilates classes.
1. Power and Posture
This mat-based Pilates class focuses on the two most important elements of functional health: deep core stability and spinal alignment. Through a series of controlled movements you will both strengthen and stretch your muscles which over time can help release tension, improve/maintain flexibility and ease tightness. This class is suggested for those with an established movement practice.
2. Balance and Mobility
Whether you are looking to stay active on the local trails or simply want to move through your daily routine with greater ease, this class meets you exactly where you are. This low impact class focuses on the physical pillars of longevity: core stability, joint mobility and steady balance. We focus on building the foundational blocks of strength and flexibility that can bring benefits to anyone new to this practice or just beginning a consistent movement routine.
