Meet Dr. Hal Stewart, DDS, one of the speakers taking the stage at in September.

Founder and CEO of The Stewart Center for Minimally Invasive Dental Medicine, Dr. Stewart is a Fellow of the American College of Dentists and a Diplomate of the American Sleep and Breathing Academy. His session, "The Use of Epigenetic Remodeling Appliances in Craniofacial Development and Airway Remodeling," dives into the intersection of airway health, biologic dentistry and minimally invasive care. Trained at the Pankey Institute, Dawson Academy and Las Vegas Institute, he now serves as visiting faculty at the Breathe Institute in Los Angeles.

This is exactly the kind of forward-thinking, whole-body approach to dentistry we love bringing to our Houston dental community.

Movement. Connection. Community. 💙🧘

Today we welcomed dentists and non-dentists alike for our Yoga for Longevity event at Loveland Yoga.

This event was made possible through an ADA ARC Grant and is part of GHDS’s new Dentist Longevity Initiative—a series of programs focused on helping dentists build healthier, more sustainable careers while fostering connection and overall well-being.

Dentistry is an incredibly rewarding profession, but it also comes with unique physical, mental, and emotional challenges. GHDS is committed to supporting dentists beyond clinical education by creating opportunities to prioritize wellness, build meaningful relationships, and invest in themselves—because healthier dentists are better equipped to care for their patients, their families, and each other.
