"I received a call from a wonderful lady named Belva on Friday evening. My brother had been in another Hospice place and after nine months did not get readmitted, so I was scrambling for a new place. She took all my information and worked through the night and on Saturday had a lady by the name of Helen, who I think is from the Cypress office on Jones Road come out and evaluate him yesterday.
