Beautiful transformation at 64! 😍 Our wonderful patient underwent a breast augmentation revision with implant exchange and fat grafting to the breasts to enhance her cleavage, projection, and overall breast shape. Her previous implants were exchanged for 425 cc Motiva Round implants, with fat grafting used for additional contouring and refinement ☺️✨

Breast implant revision cases sometimes come with very interesting stories!

Our beautiful patient had breast augmentation when she was young in Thailand. Unfortunately, her implants have bottomed out, meaning they sit lower than they should. She also has noticeable breast asymmetry, with her left breast being larger than the right.

During her revision surgery, we will find out exactly what type of implants she currently has, correct the wide scars from her previous surgery, address the implant position and breast asymmetry, and replace her old implants with new Motiva Ergonomix® implants 💓
