The Family Health Centers located in Bellaire and East Jordan, combine federal assistance, patient fees, community resources and your support to offer quality, affordable medical services. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). East Jordan Family Health Center is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facility. Our Services

Bellaire and East Jordan Family Health Centers are your local home town primary health care centers. We offer a variety of services for newborns to geriatrics, including:

3D Mammography and X-ray
Obstetrics
Occupational Medicine
Gynecology
Pharmacy
Laboratory Services On Site (Provided by LabCorp)
Immunizations
Men’s Health
Adult Physicals and Well Child Exams
Flu Clinics
Prescription Assistance Services
Sliding Fee Discount Program

We believe that everyone has a right to quality affordable health care. We offer a Sliding Fee Discount Program to help you when needed. We participate with Medicare, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Blue Cross and most insurance plans.

Labor Day Closure Reminder

Bellaire and East Jordan Family Health Centers will be closed Monday, September 7, in observance of Labor Day.

We will reopen with regular hours on Tuesday, September 8.

Please plan ahead for prescription refills or other healthcare needs before the holiday weekend.

We wish our patients, staff and community a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend!
