You’ve set aside money for your health—your next massage may qualify to put those dollars to work. 💚

That means eligible massage therapy can be paid for with your healthcare funds instead of your everyday spending money. One more way to make taking care of yourself more accessible!

I’m excited to offer this payment option and help more women make time for the care their bodies need.

✨ Check with your FSA/HSA administrator before booking to confirm eligibility and any required documentation. A prescription or letter of medical necessity may be needed. General relaxation services and cosmetic treatments do not qualify.

📣 Ladies, get those appointments booked—these hands are going on vacation! 😂🌴

Rejuvenation Room will be CLOSED Thanksgiving Day, November 26, through December 8 for a Hawaiian reset. 🌺

That’s almost TWO WEEKS off the schedule, so if you’ve been meaning to book your massage or facial, now’s the time! Plan ahead for appointments before I leave AND after I return. 💆🏼‍♀️

Please let your shoulders, your last nerve, and that knot you’ve been ignoring know about my travel plans. I’d hate for them to act surprised. 😂🌺

Five Years of Rejuvenation Room. 🤍

On October 12, 2021, we began transforming a little upstairs suite into what would become Rejuvenation Room. Just a few weeks later, I welcomed my first clients.

And here we are, five years later.

Five years of relaxation, laughter, conversations, tears, friendships, healing moments, and countless memories.

What started as a space to provide massage and skincare has become something so much more to me. A peaceful little place where women can come as they are, take a moment for themselves, feel comfortable, and simply exhale.

I’ve always believed that a space doesn’t have to be big to be special. Sometimes the smallest places hold the most meaningful moments.

To every client who has walked through my door, trusted me with their care, recommended me to a friend, or continued to support this little business, thank you. You have helped make these five years possible, and I don’t take that for granted.

My hope is that Rejuvenation Room will continue to grow as a place centered on women’s wellness, relaxation, movement, and caring for ourselves through every season of life.

I’m grateful for where it began, thankful for where it is today, and looking forward to whatever comes next.

As Rejuvenation Room gets closer to five years, I’ve been thinking a lot about just how much this little space has meant to me.

What started as an idea became a place filled with conversations, trust, growth, healing, laughter, quiet moments, and so many wonderful people who have walked through the door.

I’m grateful for every appointment booked, every referral, every kind word, every person who came back, and every client who allowed Rejuvenation Room to become part of their routine.

Small businesses grow one relationship at a time, and I never take that for granted.

We’re still evolving, still adding little touches, and still becoming more of what I always hoped this space could be.

Five years is getting very close, and I’m feeling especially thankful for everyone who has been part of the journey. 🤎

Last night, Rejuvenation Room looked a little different… and I loved it! ✨

I opened the doors to my friends Zoe & Kelsey for a fun Arbonne Bingo Night, and the goal wasn’t a sales pitch. It was simply women getting together, laughing, eating, sipping Fizz drinks, playing bingo and winning some fun prizes & samples to try. And we definitely had a GOOD time! 😂🎉

Just a little clarification: I’m not an Arbonne representative, so if you’re curious about any of the products, Zoe & Kelsey are your girls! 💚

One thing I really love is being able to open my space to other women who are growing, creating and putting in the work to build something of their own. Rejuvenation Room is already home to Serenity Stretch classes, and I’d love to see more little gatherings here too.

Bingo nights, girls’ nights, small classes, line dancing, workshops… who knows what we’ll get into next! 😉💃

Sometimes wellness looks like a massage.

☀️ Beautiful Saturday reminder: protect your skin!

When you’re out enjoying this gorgeous day, don’t forget your broad-spectrum sunscreen.

🧴 Broad spectrum = protection from both UVA + UVB rays
• UVA contributes to premature aging, wrinkles & skin damage
• UVB is the main cause of sunburn
• Both can contribute to skin cancer

Look for Broad Spectrum SPF 30 or higher, apply generously, and reapply about every 2 hours when you’re outdoors, especially after swimming or sweating.

Enjoy the sunshine. Protect the skin you’re in. ☀️💛
