Ann 'Mag' Revak
Ann ‘Mag’ Pollack Revak, 76, of Fayette City, passed away peacefully Monday, July 20, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family in her home under the care of OSPTA Hospice. Born May 20, 1950 in N. Charleroi, PA she was the daughter of the late Alexander J. and Margaret Ann Bolchak Pollack. A resident of Fayette City, Mrs. Revak was a member of St. Sebastian R.C. Church, Belle Vernon and was retired from Vesely Borthers Moving And Storage, where she worked in the accounting and secretarial department.
Her heart belonged first and foremost to her beloved husband, Rich, who was truly the center of her world. Their enduring love was the foundation of a family she treasured beyond measure. Together, they shared a lifetime of love, laughter, and countless memories. One of their favorite pastimes was visiting the casino together, where they enjoyed each other's company, shared many laughs, and made memories that will forever be treasured.
Nothing made her happier than being surrounded by her children and grandchildren. She never missed her children's school activities, sporting events and recitals while they were growing up and was always there to volunteer whenever she could. As her family grew, she continued that same love and dedication, faithfully attending her grandchildren's games, concerts and special events. She was their biggest fan, and celebrating their lives brought her immeasurable joy.
She was everyone's favorite person—a source of unconditional love, kindness, and laughter. She always had a smile on her face, never complained, and had a remarkable gift for making everyone feel welcomed, valued, and loved. Her kindness, generosity, and gentle spirit touched everyone fortunate enough to know her.
She loved going for rides especially to the mountains, taking trips to the beach, Niagara Falls, and shopping trips to NYC. Another favorite pastime was baking delicious rolls she and Rich made with love. She also cherished angels, butterflies, and the beach, finding peace and beauty in each. May butterflies remind us of her gentle spirit, angels of her enduring love, and the beach of the serenity she carried wherever she went.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Rich; her loving children, son and daughter-in-law, Brian and Kellie Revak, and daughter and son-in-law, Carissa and Barry Erenrich; her cherished grandchildren, Rosalie, Josie, Landon and Gavin, to her girls she is “Grammie” and to her boys she is “Mimi”); her brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Mary Jo Pollack, her sister and brother-in-law, Sandy and Kevin Whetzel, her sister-in-law and brother-in-law Priscilla and Ralph Boyd, her sister-in-law Sandy Revak; along with many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, extended family members, dear friends, and all whose lives were blessed by knowing her.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her in-laws, Joseph and Helen Revak; her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Ron And Sandy Revak, Denny Revak, Sonny and Joyce Matty, Keith and Kim Revak, and Joe “Sonny” Revak along with many other family members and friends that were waiting to welcome her into Heaven.
Visitation will be held Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Parzynski Funeral Home & Cremations LLC, Family Owned and Operated, 626 Broad Avenue, Belle Vernon 724-929-6183. Prayers of Transfer will be held Friday at 9:30 AM in the funeral home followed by funeral mass at 10 AM at St. Sebastian R.C. Church with the Rev. Anthony Onoko as celebrant. She leaves behind a family who adored her, countless friends whose lives were brighter because of her, and a legacy of love that will continue for generations. Though her presence will be deeply missed, her beautiful smile, unwavering devotion to her family, and compassionate heart will live on forever in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
