A little practice update 🪴

After much thought, prayer, and consideration, I’ve made the decision to increase my massage session pricing.

I don’t make changes like this lightly. I also understand that an increase in price may change what massage looks like for some of my clients, and I want you to know that I completely respect that. Whether you continue scheduling with me, come less often, adjust your session length, or decide that my services no longer fit within your budget...I genuinely support you and want what is best for you!
At the same time, I feel incredibly confident and peaceful in this decision.

Over the last few years, I’ve poured so much into becoming the therapist I am today.I don’t believe in giving everyone the same massage.I’m highly in tune with what each person needs, and I personalize every session based on what your body, nervous system, and circumstances are communicating that day. I’m intentional about the environment I create, the techniques I use, the education I provide, and the way I care for each person who walks through my door.

And honestly, my time has become incredibly valuable to me

When I’m in this room, I’m giving you my time, and that is time away from my family and my four kids. Because of that, I don’t take the time I spend here for granted. When I’m with a client, I am fully there. I don’t work halfway. I don’t give 50%. I give you 100% of my attention, energy, skill, and care.

I pray over this room.
I pray over my clients.
And I genuinely believe there is something very special and unique about the care I’m able to provide here.I’m proud of the therapist I’ve worked so hard to become.

So while this change is a business decision, it’s also a decision rooted in valuing my time, my family, my education, my skills, and the work I pour into every person who trusts me with their care.

I truly hope you’ll continue this journey with me. I am so incredibly grateful for every person who has supported my little corner of the world and trusted me with their bodies, their stories, their stress, and their healing.

Thank you for allowing me to do work that I genuinely love, and for trusting me with your care.

New pricing will take effect Friday September 18th and is listed below:

30 min massage ............... $45.00
45 min massage................. $67.00
1 hour massage ................ $90.00
90 min massage ............... $130.00

His end of summer bucket list consisted of super fun things like swimming and horse back riding 🌞

BUT, when I was told that MASSAGE therapy made the list my heart instantly melted. That is exactly why I do what I do. I provide an opportunity, a resource, and now he has a tool that he will carry with him forever. He found trust, safety, and Regulation in a room crafted by God's hands. A new door of healing has been opened 🔑 and I never felt more seated at the right table

Here I'm applying sustained, focused pressure to give this client's nervous system strong sensory input while allowing the surrounding muscle to gradually reduce its protective tension.

Its called Sustained Instrument Assisted Trigger Point Compression

When someone's needing that "deep" release thats when this guy is pulled from the toolbelt.

When the post-massage sucker is the BEST part of the whole appointment 🍭
This sweet little guy headed out with his dye-free, sugar-free sucker and a whole lot of happy
Because around here, my littlest clients get ALL the feel-goods
I believe pediatric massage should be about more than just muscles and movement. It’s about creating a space where little bodies can experience safe touch, connection, regulation, and care....and maybe leaving with a clean little treat for the road.

Yes!! I offer infant and pediatric massage care!
And this part is especially close to my heart…
I’m honored to continue working alongside Raising Arrows Ohio, a local nonprofit, to provide massage care to foster and kinship kiddos in our community at a deeply discounted rate

These kiddos deserve to feel safe, cared for, and celebrated.
So yes… we do nervous system care around here.
And sometimes nervous system care comes with a sucker 😂

Two years 🌿👐🏼

As I sit here reflecting, I can't help but feel overwhelmed with gratitude

I give all glory to God. Thank You, Lord, for trusting me with this calling. Every client who walks through my door is an opportunity to serve You by serving others. I never take that responsibility lightly, and I pray that every massage leaves people feeling not only physically better, but deeply cared for.

This second year has been filled with so many blessings. I've been honored to build a full schedule, continue my education through Pediatric Trauma Massage training, begin offering home visits for members of our community, and continue creating a treatment room intentionally designed to help regulate the nervous system...a space where people can simply breathe, feel safe, and begin to heal.

To every client who has trusted me with your health, your stories, your tears, your victories, and your healing... thank you. You have supported not only my dream, but our family's dream.

I truly believe healing happens when we feel safe, seen, and cared for, and it is an incredible privilege to be a small part of that journey.

Here's to another year of serving this wonderful community with grateful hands and a grateful heart!

My goal is to provide flexibility, comfortability, and peace to those struggling to make it into our office for any reason. Free of judgement. 🫶🏻

My books will be open from 8am to 9pm for scheduling. All appointment requests must be made 2 hrs in advance using the contact methods below.

🌿Clients, Help Me Decide! 🌿

I'm always looking for ways to help you care for your nervous system beyond the massage table.
I've been considering offering calming wellness beverages in the office. Options like Kava or Ashwagandha drinks to help support relaxation, a balanced mood, and mental clarity after your session and throughout your day.

My goal has always been to encourage healthy, intentional ways to care for your body and mind. Massage is just one piece of the puzzle, and I'd love to offer simple tools that help you continue that feeling of calm long after you leave.
