Twenty weeks ago, she stepped into bodybuilding for the very first time.

This weekend, she stepped onto a national stage for only her second show ever and earned a Top 5 finish in first callouts.

To say we’re proud would be an understatement.

She has approached every step of this journey with humility, grit, and an unwavering willingness to trust the process. She’s an absolute joy to coach, and moments like this are a reminder that talent means very little without heart, and she has both in abundance ✨

We’re also incredibly grateful for the community that’s rallied around her. Every message, every cheer, every ounce of support has meant the world, and we’re so thankful you’ve been part of this journey with us.

This feels like the beginning of something incredibly special. She’s built for this.

But the job isn’t finished yet.

Louisiana’s OCC Fit Model Overall Champion 💫

Some moments are worth waiting for.

When Shaen came to us, she already knew exactly what she wanted. Competing wasn’t a new dream, it was a dream that life had asked her to put on hold more than once. Through every detour, every responsibility, and every season of putting others first, that goal never left her heart.
After becoming a mom to her two beautiful boys, she decided it was finally time to bet on herself again.

This weekend, she stepped on stage for the very first time and left as the 1st Place True Novice Champion, 1st Place Open Champion, and the Overall Fit Model Champion! 🏆

As if that wasn’t enough, we also made history for she is now Louisiana’s very first ever Overall Fit Model Champion, no big deal 💅

But what makes us the proudest isn’t the hardware. It’s watching someone refuse to let go of a dream, even when life makes the path longer than expected. It’s seeing the confidence, strength, and belief she’s built in herself along the way.

Shaen, thank you for trusting us with your journey. This moment was earned through years of perseverance, sacrifice, and unwavering determination. You deserve every second of it.

Everyone, meet Dalia ✨

Dalia is very new to the bodybuilding scene. When she first came to us interested in competing, the show she had in mind was but just 12 weeks away!

Typically, we always advocate for a longer prep time, but Dalia used her magic to convince us that with she was willing to lock in and was sure her dedication to the process would be unmatched.

And she was right.

The thing is, Dalia is one hard working woman. Not just in prep but in life. It’s no easy feat running MULTIPLE business, having 10-12 hour long (or more) work days and still prioritizing everything she needed to in order to prep for her show. But she did it and she did it with grace ✨

The pictures you see are a 12 week difference. From never stepping on stage to winning every class and the Emerald Cup Open Overall and Becoming the PNWs first ever for model open overall champion - No big deal 💅

Clearly, Dalia is cut out for this bodybuilding stuff! We couldn’t be more proud and honored that she trusted us with this process and is now prepping for her nationals debut in just 7 weeks time!

Meet the Coaches 👊

Introducing the man behind the scenes, Coach and Cofounder Dave



Former spec ops in the military (75th Ranger Regiment), Dave started in the fitness industry in 2016.

With 8 years of experience under his belt, he started feral aesthetics alongside Coach Channy after having poor previous experiences with prior coaches. He wanted to ensure that future athletes were not mistreated or at risk of compromising their health like he had been.

We would like to describe Dave’s coaching style as science and evidence-based. Having experience with and a deep understanding of anabolics/contest prep and off-season protocols. He takes great pride in his health first/ less-is-more approach. He fiercely advocates for all feral athletes (enhanced or not) to have consistent and optimal biomarkers year-round with longevity and overall well-being as his top priorities.

Despite lingering military injuries keeping him from the competition stage, Coach Dave has an intense passion and keen eye for the sport of bodybuilding. Being a former US army airborne ranger, the man has an unmatched competitive drive to produce top-level athletes.

Coach Dave fun facts/ attributes:

- Incapable of sugar coating.
- You will always get the cold hard facts but from a place of compassion.
- Despite lingering injuries, he has been able to take his physique from 185 lb to 260 lb over the duration of his bodybuilding career.
- Leads by example with a firm but fair approach.
- He will push athletes to their limits but he’ll get in the trenches right alongside them.

Meet the Coaches Pt 2 ✌️ (Remastered)

Up next in “Meet the Coaches” is Co Founder Coach Channy.



Channy has been an athlete almost her whole life. Starting from teenagehood all the way into college sports. Recovering from a devastating injury she began her journey in bodybuilding in 2017. She became a NQ bikini athlete winning her class in 2022 and later transitioned into Wellness where she requalified for nationals in 2024, winning her class at the California State Championships and again this May 2026 season after winning her class once more at the Liner Emerald Cup.

She has her degree in Biotechnology after studying for 6 years (alongside competing) directly relating what she learned to her style of coaching, which is incredibly science based.

Get to know some of her attributes:

- Fierce advocate for mental health and mental health awareness.
- studies and emphasizes roles in communication
- has a very “hands on” approach when working with our athletes
- Probably one of the most patient individuals you will ever meet
