At Fifth and Stewart in downtown Seattle stands a beautiful mural that features a vibrant self-portrait by Jaxon, who poured his creativity, bright spirit, and signature smile into his work before passing away from Ewing sarcoma.

To celebrate what would have been Jaxon’s 14th birthday, his family set out to spread joy in his memory.

Our community answered that call with incredible warmth and commitment.

Thanks to your generosity, Jaxon’s family collected 655 donations of his favorite things like toys and art supplies to bring comfort and creativity to current patients at Seattle Children’s.

Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, and helped ensure Jaxon’s bright light continues to inspire and care for others.

Ever wonder what inspires the next generation of healthcare professionals?

Take a look at a "Day in a Camper’s Life" during our first-ever Mental & Behavioral Health Camp! Over five days, local high school students stepped onto our campus to explore careers in pediatric mental health through job shadowing, skill-building workshops, and conversations with doctors, therapists, and care teams.

We are so proud of these students for taking the initiative to learn, grow, and help shape the future of mental health care in our region!

Dr. Campbell leads SCCN’s efforts to elevate care quality, support independent community pediatricians, and build strong, seamless connections between primary care doctors and pediatric specialists. Her focus is simple: ensuring families across our region have access to the connected, compassionate care their children deserve.

When she isn’t championing child health and quality outcomes, you can find Dr. Campbell exploring the world (5 continents and counting!), hiking Pacific Northwest trails, or ziplining on new adventures with her family!

Thank you, Dr. Campbell, for your visionary leadership, deep compassion, and steadfast dedication to keeping every child healthy and thriving.
