You CAN eat foods you love and lose weight.

Let's start with a checklist of some basic nutrients your body may be lacking:

Omega 3 - not any fish and not any nuts, but good Omega 3 healthy fats!

Digestive Enzymes - our body produces digestive enzymes but sometimes not producing enough OR we are interrupt the production by drinking WHILE we are eating and not 30 minutes before or after eating.

Electrolytes - Water retention comes from too high sodium (salt), and the electrolytes balance that out. Do you feel bloated after eating?

Sleep - A good amount of fat loss occurs while we are asleep. How much good continuous hours of sleep are you getting? Problems sleeping....let's do a quick scan to find out what your body is lacking that is prohibiting you from getting good rest.

Eliminate - Folks we need to take the garbage out regularly and continuously. Some foods assist with elimination, yet I ask "Are you eliminating enough?" "Are you eliminating daily?" Have you considered detoxing your body before or during any of your attempts to start a new program?

Greens - Eat your veggies and I am not talking about all the sweet ones (peas, carrots, green beans). but the leafy and cruciferous vegetables (kale, spinach, arugula, broccoli, brussels sprouts....). How "green" is your plate?

If you struggle to get these MAIN INGREDIENTS in your daily diet, I have time to meet with you and figure out how we can structure ways to do that that aligns with your lifestyle.
