We just completed weekend 1 of our 2026 Inside Passage Counseling IFS Foundations Training. This 4-weekend IFS Level 1-style training is taught by our founder, Heather Varnau, MA, LMHC, Level 3 and Certified IFS Therapist and Approved Clinical Consultant in an in-person, small-group format. Our 2026 IFS Foundations Training is held exclusively for clinicians at our practice and provides didactic and experiential training in the whole IFS model—from starting a session through unburdening and integration. A shout out to our 2026 participants: Briana Koback-White, Kemper Brightman, Teresa Miramontes, and Sam Winter.

Inside Passage Counseling is honored to have Dr. Jim Furrow leading our EFT Certification Group.

Our clinicians pursuing certification in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy meet monthly with Dr. Furrow for advanced, experiential supervision grounded in the depth and rigor of EFT. This ongoing consultation space supports not only skill development, but the kind of reflective practice and attunement that strengthens clinical work at every level.
