Sending the most heartfelt farewell to Lily Caldwell, our irreplaceable Patient Care Coordinator. From assembling all the furniture in the new clinic to watering the plants to coordinating patient care to training clients, she has done it all with grace and professionalism beyond her years. She’ll be missed dearly as she heads off to Physical Therapy school.

And we couldn’t have found a better fit for our new Patient Care Coordinator: Katrina Luce. Katrina will be transitioning from her role as a WSU Intern at Green Mountain PT to our full-time Patient Care Coordinator. Her professionalism, efficiency, proactivity, and ever-present smile is an inspiration to all.

Mani Wanderer, PTA (Physical Therapy Assistant), will be joining our team on August 3rd and we couldn’t be more excited! She brings over 5 years of PTA experience and specializes in orthopedics, with a certification in the Graston Technique.

We’re excited to announce that we were awarded Silver Place for Cascades Best -> Physical Therapy category. Thank you immensely for keeping our 3-year streak of gold and splicer placements alive!
