Power Vinyasa Yoga
Our Power Vinyasa is inspired by Baron Baptiste's Methodology. Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement". Vinyasa Yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. The movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, resulting in why this practice is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. This is an exciting dynamic cla

ss. You learn to unite your breath with your movement, experiencing them as one fluid motion. This class ignites inner fire, sculpts the body, builds your core, develops flexibility, strength and endurance. Hatha Yoga
A healing yet intensely challenging 90-minute or 60-minute class done in a heated room. This series derived from Patanjaliโ€™s original 84 postures is designed to work every muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, gland, nerve and joint in the body, while building strength, flexibility and balance. This class is also a tremendous calorie-burner that detoxifies the body, leaving you invigorated yet calm. Perfect for beginners yet this series remains challenging for the advanced student and there's always room for growth. This style of yoga uses no props, blocks or straps. You will build and transform your body organically just by showing up and doing the best that you can. Yin Yoga
Is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures or asanas that are held for comparatively long periods of time--five minutes or longer per pose is typical. Thus allowing us to work into the deep tissues of the body and promote opening in areas where we carry any stiffness or tightness. This style is a perfect balance to both the Hatha and Power Vinyasa classes we offer.

โ€ข Outdoor Games: Get ready for some friendly competition with corn hole, bocce, giant Jenga, and badminton.
โ€ข Water Fun: If you love the water, be sure to pack your swimsuit, a towel, and bring your own paddle board!

As our Studio Owner and a lead teacher, Laura has been guiding practices for a decade! If youโ€™ve taken her Power Vinyasa classes, you already know her teaching motto: Creative, Fun, Challenging, and Accessible.

When sheโ€™s not at the studio taking care of our amazing community, you can find her enjoying the PNW sunshine, hiking, or hanging out at home with her cat, Baker, and her flock of 28 chickens! ๐ŸŒฒ

Weโ€™re so happy to welcome you back to the studio. All of us at Elements have missed you and our community so much, and we canโ€™t wait to practice together again in our space ๐Ÿค

While a bit of construction is still in progress, weโ€™re ready to reopen and move forward together.

Please note:
โ€ข ๐Ÿšฟ Showers will be temporarily unavailable while construction continues
โ€ข ๐Ÿ•› No 12:00pm or 2:30pm classes until showers are complete, to allow contractors time to work

All other scheduled classes will resume as planned.
