Here’s to a fresh start — Happy New Year!🎆

This is the year we stop normalizing exhaustion, pain, and brain fog. You don’t need more willpower, you need better support. Healing doesn’t start with discipline. It starts with compassion.

Christmas reminds me why I do this work, helping people feel better in their bodies and hopeful in their lives. Deeply grateful for the trust my patients place in me.

This season, I’m most thankful for health, healing, and the quiet moments when someone realizes they finally feel like themselves again.

Medicine is science, but healing is human. Wishing you a Christmas filled with peace, comfort, and real rest.☃️
